Upcomming Saturday, the traditional town of Sóller, also known as the "Valley of Gold", will be presenting its annual orange festival "Fira de la Taronja" with a varied program.
The main part of the market takes place in the heart of the "Orange Valley" at the Plaza de la Constitución, where until the 14th of April everything about the Orange is on display. In addition to street parades, live music, show cooking and city tours, the restaurants in Sòller, Port de Sòller and Fornalutx offer special orange - menus for 20 Euros per person. There is also a full gourmet tour for 45 euros, which includes a return ticket for the train to Sóller, the tram to Port de Sóller and a full menu at one of the participating restaurants.
